Shipping

 

PROCESSING:

All orders currently have a 5-7 business day processing time. THIS IS NOT YOUR SHIPPING TIME. The processing days are for hand making, fulfilling and packaging your order. This is the time before your items are taken to the post office. State and Federally observed Holidays may have an impact on processing times. 

 

SHIPPING:

We ship with USPS. Standard Shipping takes 2-5 business days for transit and delivery. Priority Shipping takes 1-3 business days. This excludes any holidays observed by the USPS, which could make shipping and delivery a little longer than expected. Be aware that during holiday season you may experience slower shipping times by USPS. 

 

ADDRESSES:

Please make sure you double check your address so that your order gets sent to the correct address. We cannot do anything if your order is delivered to an incorrect address.

 

*IMPORTANT - Once USPS has your package it is out of our hands, if there is a mistake made on USPS's part that is something you might have to get ahold of them for. They are a separate company from us so be aware that there are times where package delays happen and it is not due to anything Salt City Gems has done.
