Due to the nature of our product, all jewelry is final sale. If you receive a product that is damaged, please email us and we will be happy to discuss your options.
CHRISTMAS EXCHANGE UPDATE: If your order is a gift that will not be opened until Christmas, you have until January 6th to contact us about an exchange. After that we cannot except an exchange. Also the item or items have to be unworn and in perfect condition to qualify for the exchange.
We are more than happy to exchange your item within 7 days of delivery. We can only exchange your piece if it has not been worn and is in perfect condition. We do not exchange broken or damaged items. You will need to send us the original item in the original packaging (jewelry box).
