Due to the nature of our product, all jewelry is final sale. If you receive a product that is damaged, please email us and we will be happy to discuss your options.
* HOLIDAY EXCHANGES - Because the high amount of orders we receive during holiday season be sure to contact us right away if you need an exchange and we will do our best to make the process as quick as possible. All normal exchange policies apply to holiday exchanges.
Any order that was ordered as a gift can be exchanged through January 2nd. Please be sure you or the person who received the gift reaches out about an exchange by January 2nd.
* NORMAL EXCHANGES - We are more than happy to exchange your item within 7 days of delivery. We can only exchange your piece if it has not been worn and is in perfect condition. We DO NOT exchange broken, damaged, or obviously worn pieces. You will need to send us the original item in the original packaging (jewelry box).
