NO RETURNS. Due to the nature of our product being handmade just for you, all jewelry is final sale. If you receive a product that is damaged, please email us and we will be happy to discuss your options.
We are more than happy to exchange your item if you contact us within 7 days of delivery*. We can only exchange your piece if it has not been worn and is in perfect condition. We DO NOT exchange broken, damaged, or obviously worn pieces. You will need to send us the original item in the original packaging (jewelry box).

IMPORTANT: We do ONE exchange per customer for our made to order products, so please make sure you know your ring size before ordering the first time. Customer pays for all shipping on exchanges.
*If your order is a gift or was gifted to you, we have extended those types of exchanges until January 5th, 2023. You need to contact us on or before that date to be eligible to exchange your item/items.
