How do I know my ring size?
We suggest going to have your fingers sized by a professional jeweler for the most accurate result. You can go to any local jewelry shop and they can size you.
Can I exchange my ring if I ordered the wrong size?
We accept exchanges for a different ring size when you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please make sure you contact us about what you will need so we can get it prepared. You will need to send back the original ring in it's original box. Please be aware that our policy is one exchange per customer. Also be advised that the customer pays for all shipping costs on an exchange.
Do you use genuine gemstones?
We handpick our gemstones and have carefully crafted our selection to have almost all genuine, high quality gemstones.You can be sure that you are getting the best of the best! There are only a few stones that are lab made, but they are still extremely high quality synthetics.
Is your jewelry tarnish resistant?
We use demi fine 14k Gold Fill and Sterling Silver for all of our jewelry! 14k Gold Fill is especially tarnish resistant! It is extremely durable and the next best thing to solid gold. Sterling Silver is also a high quality metal, it has the ability to dull, but you can always use a cloth to shine it back to its original color and luster.
How long does shipping take?
Before any order ships we have a processing time (time it takes to hand make and fulfill your order). That processing time is 5-7 business days.
We use USPS to ship and you can chose from Standard or Priority shipping. Shipping with USPS can take anywhere from 2-5 business days* depending on which option you chose.
*Holiday shipping and Weather can effect these USPS shipping times. Please keep that in mind if you are shopping during winter months and holidays.
